L'Art auf Féminin

Galerie Katapult, St. Johanns-Vorstadt, Basel, Switzerland

In her series "Always Judging," Aleksandra Cegielska portrays women of different ages and backgrounds who share a commonality: they are judged for their life choices, irrespective of whether these decisions align with societal norms. The artist aims to challenge these judgments and encourages society to accept and respect women for who they are, rather than evaluating them based on arbitrary standards. Overall, the artworks underscore the necessity for greater tolerance and a better understanding of each individual's life choices.
